TruePartnerAI provides AI-powered automation services including chatbots, voice assistants, and CRM-integrated tools. You may use these services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data

• Transmit harmful or malicious code

• Abuse, overload, or interfere with system performance

2. Account Registration & Responsibility

To use TruePartnerAI, you may be required to register for an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Payment & Billing

Use of TruePartnerAI requires a paid subscription unless otherwise specified. You agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees based on your selected plan

• Be responsible for usage-based fees (e.g., SMS, voice minutes)

• Maintain accurate payment information

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

4. AI Limitations & Liability

While TruePartnerAI uses advanced AI models to deliver intelligent automation, it may not always provide accurate or complete responses. You understand and accept that:

• The AI assistant may generate unexpected or incorrect output

• You are responsible for reviewing and approving critical customer interactions

• We are not liable for damages resulting from reliance on automated responses

5. Privacy & Data Handling

By using our services, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. You remain responsible for ensuring your own compliance with applicable data privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA).

6. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and AI-related tools provided by TruePartnerAI are the property of TruePartner Marketing Systems or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or distribute our services without written permission.

You retain ownership of any content or data you upload to the platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that disrupts the service for others.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

8. Modifications to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, performance, or specific results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any legal action or proceeding arising under or relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Salt Lake County, Utah, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.
